2. Purposes of processing, legal basis

a) Visiting the website:

When you visit our website www.aviation-people.de, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your involvement and stored until automatic deletion.

  • The date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested file
  • Website from which the request is made (Referrer-URL)

b) When taking part in our "Mozard" test:

Insofar as you register for this, we process the email address you provide for sending email notifications which you select:

  • Job ads: If you register for notifications of job ads, we will send you job offers for our company and our customers that may be of interest to you to the email address you provide. We send these emails - depending on the current situation - irregularly, but not more often than once a week.
  • Products offers: Insofar as you register for notifications of special product offers, we will send you information about our products and those of our customers that may be of interest to you to the e-mail address you have provided. We send these e-mails irregularly - depending on the current situation - but not more often than once a week.
  • Newsletter: If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address for sending the newsletter emails. Our newsletter informs you in general about job offers on career.aero once a month. The newsletter mails contain so-called web beacons, pixel-sized files that enable the statistical evaluation of your click and opening behavior. The evaluation of this data serves to improve our newsletter offer. For the technical processing of the newsletter dispatch, we pass on the data required for this to CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany.

The registration for email notifications takes place in the so-called double opt-in process in each case. After you have registered at our booth, you will first receive a confirmation email. You only receive our emails after you have clicked on the confirmation link.

The legal basis for sending e-mails is in each case your consent which you have voluntarily agreed to in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this at any time without giving reasons, and unsubscribe from receiving the corresponding emails. 3. Duration of storage

Your data stored with us will only be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose. This means:

  • If you revoke your consent for receiving e-mails or newsletters, we will immediately stop sending the emails and delete them.

After expiration of the storage periods, your data will be deleted, unless further storage is required for legal reasons. Storage beyond this may be necessary in particular insofar as this is required for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims for the duration of a legal dispute. In this case, the data will be barred for any further use.


4. Passing on of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

  • a legal obligation exists for the passing of data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as this is legally permissible and required according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

Insofar as we use contractors for processing, the processing shall be carried out on the basis of a contract for processing which binds the contractor in relation to the responsible party in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO and in which the object and duration of the processing, the type and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data subjects and the obligations and rights of the responsible party are specified. Contractors do not use the data for their own purposes, but carry out the data processing exclusively for the responsible party.


5. Rights of the data subjects

You have the right:
  • in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the availability of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection to it. You have the right to lodge a complaint, and request information about the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as about the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about the details of such decision-making.;
  • in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect data or the completion of your personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to request a restriction to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party;
  • to revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing in the future that was based on this consent

6. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. 7. Data-security

When visiting our website, we use the common SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is encrypted by the closed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures undergo continuous improvement in line with technological developments.


8. Obligation to provide the personal data

The provision of your personal data is not required by law. However, failure to provide your email address will usually result in us excluding you from participating in our "Mozard" test.

We do not use automatic decision making or profiling (automatic evaluation of your personal data).
